Jon Cousins

Director

As Director and Owner of Rivergate Developments, Jon brings over 20 years of experience to the Company. A qualified Quantity Surveyor, Jon offers a dedicated and professional approach, providing a wealth of ideas, experience and knowledge to a high standard at all times.
He has built a strong repertoire with clients and other professionals, and is dedicated to providing a strong working partnership throughout every project. His commitment and enthusiasm to each job is present from the beginning through to completion and beyond.
Having started Rivergate Developments Ltd in 2006, Jon has built a strong working team of professionals around him, whom together have completed a wide scope of projects ranging from new builds to conservation projects, from bespoke to more traditional renovations and from smaller to more extensive projects, such as refurbishing a Cancer Care Unit.
Jon constantly strives to encourage the growth and development of the Company, and is dedicated to supporting and further developing his team of skilled employees and in offering a high quality service at all times.

Elizabeth Cousins

Director & Accountant

Elizabeth is one of the directors of Rivergate, she has a firm but friendly way of ensuring the company is run to the highest of standards. Liz ensures that all staff have appropriate training and certificates, she is also the company's accountant and deals with all the companies finances. Liz is proactive in keeping up with what projects we are currently working on and what new products and methods are up and coming so that we can use this in our company, ensuring we are up to date with construction methods.

Dave Ashton

Project Manager

Dave is one of our project managers, Dave who has a BA Honors in building surveying, started with ourselves in August 2017. Daves knowledge and understanding within the construction industry is highly valuable in the running of various projects for us. He works closely with the clients to ensure jobs are completed on time and to budget.

Karen Sawford

Office Manager

Karen is our office manager, a valuable member of our team ensuring all our accounts, staff and paperwork are kept up to date. Karen will be your first point of contact when calling or emailing the office.

Zbigniew Pietrzykowski (BISH)

Joiner & Kitchen fitter

Bish has been working with us for four years as a highly skilled joiner and kitchen fitter. Bish has previously been a kitchen fitter for large UK kitchen company.

Glenn Dawson

General operative & HGV driver

Glenn is one of our key members of staff being our delivery driver. Glen is relied upon by all to ensure materials and plant arrive on time and in the condition expected.

Tony Davies

Working foreman & joiner

Tony has been working with us for six years and has many years experience as a highly skilled joiner . Having a good understanding of general construction Tony is a great assistance on many of our construction scheme/ projects.

Tomasz Listowski

Plasterer, Tiler & Floor layer

Tomasz is a truly multi skilled member of our staff with an impeccable attention to detail and finish.

Dave Morris

Painter & Decorator

Dave is our in house Picasso, who works to finish our schemes to the high standard expected. Dave has many years experience and is qualified to advanced city & guilds level, an expert sprayer, paper hanger and rag rolling.

Martin Ashton

Working foreman & bricklayer

Martin is one of our longest serving members of staff who is an experienced mason having worked on a number of high profile heritage schemes.

Steven Ashton

Roofer

Steven is a highly skilled roofer who has a great knowledge with detailing and setting out. Steven is also a multi skilled operative who is often seen helping or working with others.
