Founded in the Mossley area of Tameside since 2006 and establishing itself as one of the area’s leading contractors, family owned and run.

Led by Directors who have been in the construction industry for many years with a vast amount of experience in estimating, design & build projects, site management, quantity surveying and all types of construction methods.

Earning its reputation on completing projects to a high level of service on a wide variety of clients from both private and public sectors and offering a full estimating/design and build and project management services.

Holding a diverse portfolio of projects, including recent schemes (Grade 2 listed) and new build factory works, children’s nurseries and local schools.

Committed to utilizing renewable energy and sustainable materials on all developments.

Experience of working within tight budgets/construction schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of specification and value can be achieved within the client’s budget.

Health & Safety training on going for all Directors and senior management, site operatives with the appropriate CSC’s, CPC’s cards held.

Pre & post contract Health & Safety plans with risk assessments & method statements prepared and submitted as projects progress.

Thriving on achieving a good level of communication with its neighbours and residents within its working areas.

Being locally based it is always the intention wherever possible to engage local labour and sub-contractors on its scheme and many of its employees have joined the company through local labour initiatives.

A fully dedicated maintenance back up team is available following scheme handover which offers cooperation and consideration to the end users ensuring the client receives a high quality of services long after practical completion.

All selected and approved sub-contractors must ensure they achieve the requirements of current Health & Safety legislation and hold up to date cards and certificates qualifying them for the nature of works undertaken.

A commitment to the construction skills apprenticeship training program.

We also have a fully qualified interior designer on our team, who can work along side clients to create the required finish, Rachel can create 3d visuals to show ideas and help gain an understanding to what the project would look like completed.

We can now offer a drone survey service. This is perfect for those buildings that have limited access or are high rise. This is a 4k video and we are able to gather images whilst identifying problems.
